Brady, Texas
"A castle! A castle! A castle!" It turns out the castle is an ex-jail from 1909, and now a museum. The lighthouse-looking building is next door and is some sort of observation post. Brady is a cool, Wild West-looking town that smelled deliciously of a BBQ we were never able to locate. It appears to have a rivalry with Eden (and, I imagine, many other nearby towns) over which is the real "Heart of Texas". If you're coming through, I think it's really worth stopping here.
